1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The age confirmation on entry is a condition of access, not a formality.

You must also be somewhere that permits access to adult-oriented material. Local law is your responsibility, not ours.

2. What this site is

creategf.video is an informational and referral site about AI video generation and AI companion services. We publish descriptions, comparisons and guidance, and we link to third-party services that provide the actual product.

We do not render video, we do not host clips, we do not operate the partner services and we do not process payments.

3. Fictional characters

Every character, name, age, still and description presented on this site depicts a fictional, AI-generated creation. Nobody shown here is a real person, and no image or clip represents a real individual.

Studio conventions used in our illustrations — take numbers, timecodes, render percentages, queue positions and live indicators — are part of the product illustration. They do not describe a real recording session or a real person's availability.

4. No real-person likeness

Generating video of a real, identifiable person is prohibited on the services we describe, and we do not publish, host or promote any such material. Uploading a photograph of a real person to a partner service in order to render them is a breach of their terms and of these.

If you believe any image on this site resembles a real individual, tell us and we will replace it while we investigate, regardless of whether a legal claim exists.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site if you are under 18.
• Do not scrape, mirror, frame or republish the content.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt or overload the site or its hosting.
• Do not use the site to break the law in your jurisdiction.
• Do not misrepresent our content as coming from a partner service, or the reverse.

6. Third-party services

Following an outbound link takes you to a service we do not control. Their terms, pricing, privacy practices, content policies, generation limits and refunds are theirs alone. Read them before subscribing to anything.

We cannot guarantee that a partner service remains available, keeps its pricing, or continues to offer a feature described on this site.

7. Affiliate relationships

8. Intellectual property

The layout, copy, design system and code of creategf.video belong to CreateGF Video unless stated otherwise. Imagery is licensed or AI-generated and depicts no real individual. Partner names and marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

9. No professional advice

Nothing here is legal, medical, psychological or financial advice. AI companions and AI-generated video are entertainment products and are not a substitute for professional support or for human relationships.

10. Availability

The site is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Render times, queue behaviour and feature sets quoted here describe partner services and can change without warning.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any third-party service reached through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claim brought against us that arises from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
