DMCA & Content Removal

1. Designated contact

Send all notices to support@creategf.video with "DMCA" or "Content removal" in the subject line.

2. What a valid notice contains

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or an authorised agent.
• Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
• The exact URL on this site where the material appears.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

3. How we respond

Complete notices are reviewed promptly. Where a claim is substantiated we remove or disable the material and record the action. Incomplete notices are returned with an explanation of what is missing.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate relationships with any content source that repeatedly supplies infringing material.

6. Bad-faith notices

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can carry liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please make sure your claim is accurate before sending it.

7. Non-copyright complaints

Concerns about publicity rights, defamation or the depiction of a real individual go to the same address and are handled with the same priority. Include the URL and describe the issue precisely.

8. Depiction of real people

It is our policy that no image on this site depicts a real, identifiable individual. Synthetic video of a real person — a deepfake — is prohibited on the services we describe and is never published here. If you believe an image resembles a real person, tell us and we will replace it while we investigate.

9. Non-consensual material

We have zero tolerance for non-consensual intimate imagery or any depiction of a minor. Reports of this kind are actioned immediately and ahead of everything else in the queue.

10. Third-party services

If the material sits on a partner service rather than on this site, send your notice to that service's designated agent. We will help you identify the right contact if you ask.

11. Record keeping

Notices, counter-notices and the actions we take are retained for as long as needed to handle repeat claims and to meet our legal obligations.

12. Changes

This procedure may be updated as the site or the applicable law changes. The revision date above reflects the current version.
