CreateGF Video operates creategf.video as an independently managed information and referral site about AI video generation services. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We deliberately collect as little as possible. There is no account system on this site, no comment section, no newsletter form, no uploads and no user-generated content.

1. Who is responsible

CreateGF Video is the operator of creategf.video and is responsible for the processing described here. Questions and rights requests go to support@creategf.video.

Services we link to are operated by separate companies with their own policies. Once you follow an outbound link, that company becomes responsible for the data you give it, including anything you type into a prompt on their platform.

2. Information we collect

Technical request data: IP address, user agent, referring page, and which pages you open on this site.
Aggregate analytics: page views, scroll depth, which calls-to-action are clicked, and the country-level location derived from your IP.
Campaign parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term when they appear in the URL you arrived on.
Local storage values used to remember your age confirmation and to keep campaign parameters attached to outbound links during your visit.

3. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store your name, email address, postal address, phone number, payment details or government identifiers. There is no registration on this site, so there is no profile to build.

We never see the prompts you write, the clips you render or the calls you make on a partner service. None of that touches our servers, because none of it happens here.

4. Why we process it

To serve the pages you request and keep them working on your device.
To understand which pages and links perform, so the site can be improved.
To attribute referrals correctly to the partner services we link to.
To detect abuse, automated scraping and fraudulent traffic.

5. Legal basis

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for security, aggregate analytics and referral attribution, and on consent where local law requires it for non-essential storage. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. It uses browser local storage for two purposes only: remembering that you confirmed you are 18 or older, and preserving campaign parameters so an outbound click is attributed correctly.

You can clear both at any time through your browser settings. Doing so simply means the age confirmation appears again on your next visit.

7. Analytics and third parties

Aggregate measurement may be provided by a third-party analytics service. Where that is the case, the provider processes technical request data on our behalf and is contractually restricted from using it for its own purposes.

Outbound links point to partner services. Those services set their own cookies and collect their own data under their own policies, which you should read before creating an account with them.

8. Retention

Raw server logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted or anonymised. Aggregate analytics are retained in a form that cannot be traced back to an individual visitor. Local storage values live on your device until you clear them.

9. International transfers

Hosting and analytics providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

10. Your rights

Ask what we hold about you and receive a copy.
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
Ask us to delete data associated with your visits.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

creategf.video is an adult service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process data from minors. If you believe a minor has used this site, contact support@creategf.video and we will act on it.

12. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and is static, which removes most common attack surfaces. No system is perfect, so please report anything that looks wrong rather than testing it further.
